Chief Operating Officer


Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for the strategic and daily leadership of the entire organization across North America
  • Responsible for the overall success of icotek corp, as well as the implementation
    and pursuit of the global growth strategy
  • Expanding the market presence and acquiring new accounts by identifying, planning
    and managing sales activities
  • Inspiring and building a high-performance organization
  • Ensuring sales, revenue and earnings targets are met
  • Reviewing operating results of the team on a scheduled periodic basis to help
    identify areas for support and corrective actions
  • Promoting the professional and personal development of employees
  • A hands on mentality


  • You have completed technical training or a comparable course of study and have the relevant
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional,
    geographically dispersed teams
  • Several years of professional experience as a leader with a strong technical background
  • Good strategic, market-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting skills
  • Professional and customer-oriented appearance as well as a strong ability to work in a team
  • Execution – Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude to meet challenges (can-do spirit)
  • Prioritizing and multi-tasking time-sensitive tasks
  • Travel readiness
